Privacy policy

Dear Customer,

We process personal data provided by customers in accordance with applicable law. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by customers in connection with visiting a stationary store and their use of the online store along with the service of maintaining a Customer Account in the Store by the tappi.pl website.

§ 1
Personal data protection
Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (Journal of Laws UE. No. of 2016, No. 119, p. 1) we would like to inform you that:

2. Customers' personal data are processed in cases where the law authorizes the administrator to process personal data on the basis of these provisions or for the implementation of a contract concluded between the parties.

Personal data of customers of the tappi.pl stationary store and Website are processed on the basis of:

- Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b, i.e. to perform the contract, e.g. to conclude a sales contract, to consider a customer's complaint

- Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c, i.e. in order to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator, i.e. e.g. issuing an invoice or invoice, keeping tax records and archiving documentation required by the provisions of tax law

- Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f, i.e. for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests of the administrator, e.g. determining, investigating and protecting the administrator's claims against the Customer and vice versa, protecting the safety of persons and property in a stationary store and recording evidence in the event of a crime being committed in a stationary store using cameras monitoring.

3. The recipient of Customers' personal data will be entities with which the administrator has cooperated in connection with running a business, e.g. hosting companies, banks, courier companies, entities handling online payments, Polish Post, computer and software services, legal and consulting companies, service monitoring.

4. Customers' personal data will be processed until the claims are time-barred or for the time required by tax regulations, depending on which of these deadlines occurs later. Personal data captured on monitoring recordings, i.e. in particular the image, features of appearance or clothing, will be processed for 2 weeks from their acquisition.

5. The customer has the right to request the administrator to access his personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing and to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data. These rights are exercised in accordance with the principles set out in the General Data Protection Regulation.

6.The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if he considers that the processing of personal data concerning him violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data

7. Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing the data will be the inability to conclude a sales contract or create a Customer Account.

8. The Customer's personal data will not be subject to automated processes, including profiling.

9. Links to other websites may appear on the Website. Such websites operate independently of the Website and are in no way supervised by the tappi.pl Website. These websites may have their own privacy policies and regulations, which we recommend that you read.

§ 2
cookies policy
1. The tappi.pl website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior by collecting cookies. These are small files saved and stored on a local computer or other device when you visit websites on the Internet. Thanks to them, the tappi.pl website can work properly. These files are not used to identify users and on their basis no identity is in any way determined.

Cookies identify computer and browser data used to browse websites, they are not harmful and do not affect the way the devices work. The default parameters of "cookies" allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Based on our behavior on visited websites, they provide information to servers, thanks to which the displayed page is better suited to individual preferences. 2. The customer has the ability to independently manage cookies. In the browser, the customer has the option to accept cookies, manage them at the level of individual websites, define settings for individual types, and block or delete files. However, the effect of changing the settings in the browser may be the loss of the ability to use some functions of our Website.

Final agreements
1. The Administrator reserves the right to change the Website's privacy policy, which may be affected by the development of internet technology, possible changes to the law in the field of personal data protection and the development of our website. The administrator will inform about any changes in a visible and understandable way.

2. We care about the security of customer data. We use a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) for this purpose.
